At the Pembroke Clinic we offer two levels of screening to suit varying needs:

Screen 1 - The Medi-check

Full screening examination and consultation with a woman's health care specialist.

On arrival each patient will have a comprehnsive personal and medical history taken. This will be followed by a detailed consultation and examined by the clinic doctor. The programme encompasses the following tests and the whole process takes approximately one hour.

  • Personal and medical history
  • Height and weight measurement
  • Blood pressure measurement
  • Clinical examination of breast and instruction in self-breast examination (optional)
  • Pelvic examination
  • Cervical smear *The pembroke Clinic now offers a 4 week turnaround for cervical smear test results

Screen 2 - The Mini-check

  • Cervical smear
  • Breast examination and instruction in self beast examination techniques (optional)
  • Blood pressure
  • Urine test
  • Height and weight measurement
